That second kitchen and second bathroom are the part people forget to mention when they ask for a quote, and they are also the part that takes the longest. We price them as extra rooms rather than discovering them on the day, so the number you are quoted is the number you pay.

Local tip: If you rent out the lower level, book the main floor and the suite together — it is cheaper than two separate visits and turnovers between tenants go faster.
