You have a checkout at 11am and a check-in at 4pm, and everything in between has to be spotless, restocked and photographed. What a Turnover Clean Includes

• Full reset of every room — not a "top up" clean, a complete reset to the same standard every single time
• Linens and towels — stripped, replaced with your fresh sets, beds styled hotel-standard
• Bathrooms — descaled, disinfected, mirrors streak-free, fresh towel presentation
• Kitchen — dishes, inside the microwave, fridge cleared of guest leftovers, counters and sink polished
• Restocking — toilet paper, soap, coffee, and any welcome items you supply
• Damage and inventory check — we tell you the same day if something is broken, stained or missing
• Photo report — images of the finished unit sent to you before the next guest arrives

Turnover Pricing

Flat rate per turnover, HST and supplies included. Regular hosts on a recurring schedule get the standard frequency discount.

Deep cleans between seasons, or after a difficult guest, are priced from $209 and are quoted separately.

Same-Day Turnarounds

Standard turnover windows in the GTA are tight: checkout at 10–11am, check-in at 3–4pm. We schedule inside that window and confirm completion so you are never refreshing your phone at 3:55pm. For back-to-back bookings, tell us your calendar and we build a recurring slot rather than rebooking every time.
