What Condos Actually Need
Floor-to-ceiling glass. Interior glass is included in a deep clean and available as an add-on to a standard clean. Exterior glass above ground floor is the building's responsibility, not a cleaner's — anyone who offers it is not being straight with you.
Windowless bathrooms. Without ventilation, mildew forms in grout lines, silicone seals and behind the toilet. We treat those areas specifically rather than wiping over them.
Open-plan kitchens. When the kitchen is in the living room, airborne cooking grease settles on the sofa, the TV and the walls. Regular visits keep that film from building; a first-time deep clean removes what is already there.
Balconies. Sliding door tracks fill with grit and stop the door running. It is a five-minute job that almost nobody does.

Do I need to be home to let you in?
No. We handle concierge and security sign-in, and we work with fobs, lockboxes, keypads and smart locks. Set the access method up once and it stays on file for future visits.
