Yes — we do one-time cleans, with no contract and no subscription. A one-time standard clean in Toronto and the GTA starts at $139, and a one-time deep clean starts at $209. Flat rate, HST and supplies included, and you are never signed up for anything recurring.
Not everybody needs a cleaner every two weeks. Sometimes you just need the place properly cleaned once — before family visits, after a party, at the end of a lease, or because it has quietly got away from you. That is a completely normal thing to book, and it is a large part of what we do.

Which One Should You Book?
If your home is generally maintained and you want it refreshed, book standard. If it has been more than six months since a professional clean, or you are cleaning for an inspection, a sale, or an incoming tenant, book deep. If you are unsure, call us and describe the place honestly — we would rather send the right service than upsell you into the wrong one.
Worth knowing: if you later decide you want us back regularly, bi-weekly visits are 10% cheaper per clean and weekly visits are 12% cheaper. There is no penalty for starting with one clean and deciding afterwards.
Only Want Part of the Home Done?
You do not have to book a whole-home clean. If you just need the kitchen and bathrooms before guests arrive, or a couple of hours of catch-up help, we also work hourly at $45 per hour with a 3-hour minimum — you tell us what matters most and we work down the list. What Is Included in a One-Time Clean
Exactly the same checklist as our recurring service — a one-time booking is not a reduced version. You can read the full room-by-room checklist here. In short:
- Kitchen — counters, sink, stovetop, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts, floors
- Bathrooms — toilet, shower, tub, tiles, mirrors, sink, floors, limescale
- Bedrooms & living areas — dusting, surfaces, mirrors, beds made, floors vacuumed and washed
- Throughout — light switches, door handles, visible cobwebs, bins emptied
Deep cleans add baseboards, door frames, inside the microwave, detailed grout and limescale work, and hand-washed skirting.

Yes. Cleaning products, cloths, vacuum and all equipment are included in the price. We use non-toxic, pet-safe and child-safe products as standard.
What if I want to switch to regular cleaning later?
You can at any time, and there is no penalty for having started with a single clean. Recurring visits are 10% cheaper bi-weekly and 12% cheaper weekly.
