Cleaning quotes in Toronto are confusing on purpose. Some companies advertise an hourly rate and let the clock run; others refuse to give any number until they have your phone number. This page lists our actual prices so you can budget before you ever contact us.

Toronto House Cleaning Prices by Home Size

Every price below is a flat rate for the whole job, including supplies, equipment, travel within our service area and HST. Bathrooms are included in the flat rate — we do not charge per bathroom the way hourly companies do.

Homes larger than 6 bedrooms are quoted individually — call us and we will price it on the spot.

What Is the Difference Between Standard, Deep and Move-Out Cleaning?

A standard clean is maintenance. Floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, dusting, mirrors, general tidying. It assumes the home is already in reasonable shape and is what most recurring clients book.

A deep clean is what you book the first time, or once or twice a year. It adds baseboards, door frames, light switches, inside the microwave, appliance exteriors, limescale removal, grout detail and the built-up grime a standard clean does not have time to reach.

A move-out clean is a deep clean of an empty home, done to landlord-inspection standard: inside cabinets and drawers, inside the fridge and oven, closets, window sills and every interior surface.

Recurring Cleaning Discounts

The single biggest way to lower your cost per visit is frequency. A home cleaned every two weeks never builds up the grime that makes a clean expensive, so the discount is genuine, not a gimmick.

Flat Rate or Hourly — You Choose

We offer both, because they suit different jobs.

When flat rate is the better deal. If the job has a clear scope, take the flat rate. You are handing us the risk: if your home takes longer than we estimated, that is our problem, not a bigger invoice. Most Toronto companies quote $45–$65 per hour and let the clock decide, which means you are the one guessing how long your own home takes.

When hourly is the better deal. If you do not want the whole home done — just the kitchen and bathrooms before guests arrive, or a couple of hours of catch-up help — hourly is cheaper and simpler than paying for a full-home flat rate you do not need. It is also the right call when you want to direct the work as it goes.

What Actually Changes the Price

• Number of bedrooms — the main driver, since it tracks total square footage closely
• Condition of the home — a home that has not been professionally cleaned in over a year usually needs a deep clean first
• Pets — shedding animals add hair removal time to floors and upholstery
• Add-ons — interior windows and inside-appliance work are the most commonly added
• Frequency — recurring visits are cheaper per visit and stay cheaper

Things that do not change our price: your postal code within our service area, the number of bathrooms, cleaning supplies, or booking on a weekend.

How to Pay Less for House Cleaning

• Book recurring rather than one-time. Bi-weekly at 10% off saves you the equivalent of roughly one free clean a year on a 3-bedroom home.
• Start with a deep clean, then maintain. Paying once for a deep clean and then booking standard visits is cheaper than repeatedly booking deep cleans.
• Declutter before we arrive. We clean surfaces, not clutter — clear counters and floors mean more of your money goes toward actual cleaning.
• Skip add-ons you do not need. Inside the oven matters before a landlord inspection; it rarely matters for a routine visit.
